The Bonavero Institute of Human Rights is research institute within the Faculty of Law at Oxford University.
The Bonavero reports are published when there is a public call for comment on human rights related policy or legislative proposals.

In 2020 they produced a series of reports assessing the human rights implications of the responses to Covid 19 from 27 different countries.
