We first spoke to Danny Bamping about Plymouth City Councils decision to rename a square in the city centre, this was following the George Floyd riots in America. The council decided that the square was racist, and they needed to spend thousands of pounds renaming the square.
Danny then decided to take action about the waste of council money and took them to court.
